Account & sign-in
Signing in, passwords, email, devices and your data.
- Signing in with Google Choose "Continue with Google" on the sign-in page. If you are asked for your existing account's password, sign in with that email and password. Contact support if you still cannot sign in.
- Resetting your password Use "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page or "Email me a password reset link" in Settings; the link arrives within a few minutes and works once.
- Changing your email address Enter the new address in Settings → Email, then open the confirmation link we send to it; your old address keeps working until you confirm.
- Seeing and signing out other devices Settings → Sessions lists the browsers that used your account in the last 30 days; choose "Sign out this browser" next to any you don't recognise.
- Downloading your data Settings → Your learning data gives you a JSON file with your phrase collections, preferences and synced offline scores; for everything else, ask us.
- Deleting your account Write to us from the contact page with "I can't sign in, or my account looks wrong" selected; we aim to reply within one working day, the deletion normally completes within a month, and you should download anything you want to keep first.
