Fixing problems
When something doesn’t work the way it should.
- Audio won't play or cuts out Check the volume and silent mode, press Play again, then reload the page; these three steps fix almost every audio problem.
- Practising offline Open Offline practice while you're online, download the free listening samples you want, and they play without internet; sync your results when you're back.
- A lesson looks wrong If the script, answer or hint seems incorrect, open "Report a lesson problem" under the lesson, pick what needs attention and tell us; we check every report.
- Accessibility: keyboard, screen readers, motion and text size Every lesson works with a keyboard alone and with screen readers; MicroEnglish follows your system's reduced-motion and text-size settings, and the script can always be shown.
- Reporting a problem Inside a lesson use "Report a lesson problem"; anywhere else use the contact page; either way you get a reference and a reply by email and in your Support inbox.
