Membership & billing
Plans, the first-payment guarantee, refunds, invoices and cancelling.
- Plans and prices Free gives you the sample lessons; membership is $8.99 a month or $89.99 a year and unlocks every lesson, the practice pages, the writing coach and Speaking Beta.
- The 14-day first-payment guarantee If membership isn't right for you, ask for a refund of your first payment within 14 days from Account → Billing and we return it in full.
- Requesting a refund Go to Account → Billing, choose "Request a refund" inside the guarantee block, confirm, and watch for the confirmation email; the money returns in 5–10 working days.
- Invoices and receipts Every payment has a PDF invoice under Account → Billing; for a company name or VAT number on it, open "Manage billing" and edit your billing details.
- Cancelling your membership Choose "Manage billing" under Account → Billing and cancel there; you keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- When a payment fails If a renewal fails, your plan card shows "Payment needs attention" and the member lessons pause; update your card under "Manage billing" and access comes back as soon as the next attempt goes through.
