Refund Policy
Our order and payment process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all MicroEnglish purchases and handles payment processing, receipts, and refunds.
If you have signed up to MicroEnglish but are not happy with your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, please visit paddle.net — Paddle’s buyer support site. You can also contact Paddle directly through the link on your purchase receipt.
If you’d like to share feedback about why you’re requesting a refund, I’d welcome hearing from you at info@microenglish.com — it helps me continuously improve MicroEnglish, but this is entirely optional and not required for your refund.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date and receive a full refund. However, this right may not apply if you have started downloading, streaming, using, or benefiting from the product during that period, where you consented during checkout for the product to be made available before the end of the 14-day period. This does not affect your rights in relation to products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.

Refund processing
Refunds are processed by Paddle. Card refunds typically take 3–5 working days to be credited back to your account.
