How this practice helps
You may request a full refund of your first MicroEnglish card membership payment within 14 calendar days of the subscription starting. If approved, access is cancelled immediately and Stripe returns the payment to the original method; bank processing time can vary.
The voluntary guarantee does not cover renewal payments, repeated subscriptions, memberships that started with a free trial, or crypto (USDT) payments, which are final. It does not limit any mandatory consumer cancellation, refund, or remedy rights that apply where you live. Use the membership page while signed in to submit one secure refund request, or contact support if automatic processing cannot identify the original payment.

Free trials
Card memberships may start with a free trial when it is shown before checkout. The card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then, and we email you a day before. A membership that starts with a free trial is not covered by the 14-day guarantee; cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
Crypto payments are final
Crypto (USDT) payments are one-off prepaid payments for a fixed number of days. They do not renew, are final once confirmed on the network, and are not covered by the 14-day guarantee or refunded. Duplicate or mistaken payments and rights under applicable law are still reviewed if you contact support.
How to request a refund
Open your MicroEnglish account and choose Request a refund while the first payment is eligible. A reason is optional. We refund the original payment through Stripe, cancel the subscription, and end exercise access while keeping your account and learning history.
Other refund rights
The voluntary guarantee does not replace statutory rights. Duplicate charges, technical failures, and rights that apply in your country are reviewed separately even when the voluntary guarantee does not apply.
