• Resetting your password Use "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page or "Email me a password reset link" in Settings; the link arrives within a few minutes and works once.
• The review queue Review brings back the phrases you saved on a spaced schedule; rate each one and the queue decides when to show it again.
• Deleting your account Write to us from the contact page with "I can't sign in, or my account looks wrong" selected; we aim to reply within one working day, the deletion normally completes within a month, and you should download anything you want to keep first.
