Speaking practice
Recording yourself, microphone access and what the feedback means.
- Recording yourself in a lesson Open Speaking Beta in a lesson, allow the microphone once, press Record, read the line, press Stop, then choose Get feedback.
- Allowing the microphone If Record does nothing, your browser blocked the microphone; allow it from the lock icon in the address bar (or Settings on iPhone) and reload.
- Deleting a recording Delete any recording from the lesson result or from Practice → Speaking; deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
- How speaking feedback works Feedback has three parts (Words understood, Sound clarity and Flow) produced by speech recognition compared with the reference line; it is guidance, not a grade.
