The guest booked a room for ninety pounds with breakfast included in that rate. During the stay, the guest hired a bicycle for ten pounds, which is a valid extra charge. The receptionist initially bills an extra twenty pounds for late checkout, but after the guest explains that the room key was returned before eleven o'clock, the receptionist verifies the desk log and removes the fee. The initial total of one hundred and twenty pounds is corrected to one hundred pounds.

Breakfast was included in your booking, so I'll take that charge off your bill.
