Procurement refers to the organized method an organization uses to obtain needed goods or services. Goods are physical items such as desks, computers, or kitchen equipment. Services are tasks performed by outside workers, such as repairs, cleaning, delivery, or installation. A supplier is the person or business that provides those items or work.
