Hello Chris 🙂 I have a question…she says ‘working their jobs’…..is that right?? ty, Sami
Hi Sami,
That’s a good question – using the verb work without a preposition is more common in American English, e.g. “I’m working two jobs at the moment”.
In British English, we would probably use ‘do’ in this case, i.e. “doing their jobs”, “I’m doing two jobs at the moment” etc.
Does that make sense?
Chris
Thank you :)))))
